Everyone Has a Story
My passion for skiing started in north central Pennsylvania at Denton Hill Ski Area, where as a kid I spent every winter weekend with my family. I landed in Iowa for high school and college, graduating with a BA in English from Iowa State University in Ames.
My business career began in Denver as a copywriter and public relations assistant for Empire Savings & Loan. I worked as an Account Executive for two graphic design firms, and then became a Sales Rep in new business development for C & M Press.
A desire to "live the dream" motivated me to move to Vail with my husband in 1989. I became a Sales Executive with Marriott Vacation Club, and set a benchmark of success for resales, closing over 600 transactions in seven years. I was promoted to the Ritz Carlton Club in Bachelor Gulch, and consistently ranked as a top producer, earning Membership Executive of the Year in 2002.
In 2004, I joined Slifer Smith & Frampton and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for 2005. Just recently, the Wall Street Journal 2009 Real Estate Top 400 ranked me #14 in the Top 100 Sales Teams for my part in the Westin Riverfront Resort sales launch. My office is located in our flagship sales center on Bridge Street in Vail Village, just over the Covered Bridge.
What drives my success is the fact that I simply can't sleep until all the details of a transaction are complete. When tenacity is needed, you will find me persistent, determined, and available. I am dedicated to listening, understanding, and getting the deal done.
